Is Glow Draw an Application Worth Downloading on to the Apple IPad?

I was given an Apple iPad this past Christmas, and am very thrilled to have received it. Immediately I went on a hunt to find applications to fill my new device with. I came across a ton of free and useless applications, and a few applications that I simply am in love with.

One such free download goes to Glow Draw.

It's an easy and basic concept. It is like etch a sketch, only instead of a boring gray screen, and a limited maneuver to the hand, Glow Draw produces your sketches and doodles in a really cool way. A black background acts as your sketch pad, and a flick of the finger becomes your paint brush.

No ordinary painting though, instead you get yourself a nifty glowing image wherever you happen to place your finger.

Granted it is semi difficult to produce really gnarly pieces with just your finger, I think many of you will be impressed on what you can actually create with just a finger. I know I was. For those of you who really want to hammer out what this application offers, you can consider purchasing an iPad touch pen in order to really work on your fine details.

In Glow Draw you are able to adjust the pens size. You can create large lines, or super thin ones. Colors can also be changed as well.

What I personally love most is that I can save my works of glowing art into my photo album and upload them onto Facebook and other social networking sites when I am finished.

All that with a flick of the finger!

Overall:

Glow Draw is a gnarly little application that I think everyone would enjoy. The results of your drawing depend on you. You do not even really have to be all that artistic to create little glowing masterpieces. So for sure, definitely give this free application a try on your iPad. If you hate it, you can simply delete it. I think that you will end up keeping this one though!
