Review of Emmi Caffe Latte, Cappuccino

About 2 weeks ago I discovered iced coffee/lattes from a company I had never heard of before; Emmi. Normally I would always buy Starbuck's Frappachino's in glass bottles whenever I found myself craving an iced coffee. However whenever I come across something new, or something I've never tried before, I'm always willing to switch things, even if just once.

After trying an Emmi Caffe Latte, in Mocha flavored, I was hooked, and confident in saying that these Emmi iced beverages are better than Starbuck's iced coffee.

After falling in love with Emmi's mocha flavored latte, I was excited to give the rest of the flavors a try. I picked up Emmi Caffe Latte, Cappuccino to see if it would be as good as the Mocha flavor; or maybe it would be better?

What I love about Emmi's Caffe Latte's is how they come packaged. They come in containers that resemble coffee cups. They have a pop off plastic lid which reveals an aluminum seal. You simply peel off this lid, and pop the plastic lid back on. A small spout hole in the plastic lid is where you sip from the cup.

It reminds me of a McDonald's coffee cup. It's convenient as heck, but the problem lies with how small the cup is. Most of my iced coffee purchases come with me on the go while I'm driving. Emmi's Latte cups are slim, so they wobble around in my cup holder. I wish the cups were a little wider so that way spills in the car would not happen.

I love how it's packaged, but would love it more if it fit into my cup holder better. Got that Emmi!?

Emmi Caffe Latte, Cappuccino has a somewhat bitter flavor compared to the Emmi, Mocha Latte. However this bitter flavor is not bad at all, it just contains a much higher note of cappuccino, which gives it a more cinnamon graham flavor. The flavor is washed down with a creamy milky flavor which gives the Latte a really delicious flavoring all together.

I do not like it as much as the Mocha flavored Latte by Emmi, but I like it a lot more than Starbuck's glass bottle iced coffee's.

Overall I'd give this particular flavor 4 out of 5 stars, only because the flavor is not as desirable as the other ones in the Caffe Latte collection. It's still a very delicious iced coffee/cappuccino, and surely plenty of folks will find this flavor to be a favorite.
