Review of Emmi, Caffe Latte, Macchiato

Recently I found a new iced coffee that hands down managed to win me over compared to Starbuck's iced coffee. I never in a million thought that I'd ever find an iced beverage that could taste better than Starbucks, however Emmi Caffe Latte managed to win me over.

Instead of being a usual Starbuck's iced coffee drinker, I am now a devoted fan to Emmi. Initially they won me over with their Mocha flavored latte. Since then I managed to scoop up every flavor in the collection of Caffe Latte, and the one up for review today is Emmi, Caffe Latte, Macchiato.

This sweet treat comes in a really neat container. It resembles a mini coffee cup, only it is much slimmer, and made of plastic. The lid on the slim plastic coffee cup pops off, revealing an aluminum seal. You remove the seal, reveal the drink inside, and pop the plastic lid back onto the cup.

It's really a neat cup, but it's far too slim to go into your cars cup holder. I found this to be the only set back in regards to Emmi Caffe Latte's.

Taste:

Out of all of the Caffe Latte beverages I tried, Mocha was by far the best one. I really did not know what to expect from Macchiato, because it's a flavor I have never heard of before.

Once taking in my first sip, I compare it to the Mocha flavored Latte, only with a little more power in the espresso department.

The flavor is still delicious, but it's a little stronger, and coffee/espresso lover's will appreciate the fresh, authentic, delicious quality of the espresso flavoring.

The flavor is smooth, and creamy, with just the right mix of flavors. The espresso flavor in this particular beverage is more noted, but not overpowering to the creamy milk flavoring that follows up after the espresso flavor hits your taste buds.

All in all Emmi, Caffe Latte, Macchiato is a delicious iced coffee.

I like this one better than Starbuck's iced coffee's, and will continue to be a loyal fan to the Emmi Caffe Latte's. I didn't think anything could tear my relationship with Starbucks apart, but along came Emmi, and I am sold! I would really like to see more flavors added to the family.

You can find these iced drinks being sold in the dairy section next to your milk, and coffee creamers. Keep a close eye, because the containers are slim, and could easily be mistaken for coffee creamer.
