Review: International Delight Limited Edition Coffee Creamer; White Chocolate Coconut

I am always eager to try International Delights limited edition coffee creamers. I scooped up every single flavor during their Christmas holiday editions, I also scooped up all of their fall flavors.

Some of their limited edition flavors are fabulous, and others; well they tasted pretty rancid.
When I stumbled upon International Delights Limited Edition White Chocolate Coconut creamer, I scooped the bottle up, without even hesitating.

I am a fan of their coconut creamer, so I automatically assumed I would become an instant fan of the limited edition white chocolate coconut creamer.

The bottle that this creamer comes in, is probably one of the most attractive bottles I've ever seen made by International Delight.

It features a lovely piece of coconut cake surrounded by vanilla chocolate shavings. It's pretty hard to miss on shelves due to it's stand out picture.

My Morning Brew:
 
I got to using the creamer the very next morning. I brewed myself a cup of coffee, added 2 tablespoons of sugar, and poured in a fair amount of the creamer.

The scent hit me first, in the bottle the creamer gave off a very high note of vanilla and sugar. I really did not smell any notes of the coconut, but I sure as heck tasted notes of coconut the moment I took my first sip.

It has a very intense creamy coconut flavoring to it, the white chocolate notes are detectable, but they are very weak.

All in all, it's a good flavor, but at the same time, it made the texture of my coffee seem far too silky and creamy. I only used a small dash of the creamer, so I was pretty surprised to see that such a small amount could pack such a powerful and obvious difference.

Overall:
 
It is decent when used in very, very small quantities.

I am not to keen on the smooth silky texture it added to my cup of coffee, so I honestly wouldn't use, or buy this one again. I like the texture of my coffee to remain pretty much the same when I drink my coffee. I enjoy when flavor is added, but not when an over thick creamy texture is added.

However, if you have always been a fan of International Delights creamers, it is worth a shot if you like creamier cups of coffee; plus it will only be available for a short amount of time.
