For the most part, Stuff Packs for the Sims have never really impressed
me, yet being a die hard fan of the game since the very first original, I
snatch up every single pack, or expansion that I can find.
The Sims 3 stuff packs are done up a lot better than the previous
installment, Sims 2, but are these new stuff packs any better?
Sins 3 Fast Lane Stuff hit shelves a few short weeks ago, and
obviously the name of the pack is appropriate to what you are getting
inside. This pack focuses on an auto theme.
The new stuff pack comes with a few new hair styles, and a dumb
looking helmet that no one will probably ever use, since there is no
racing career involved. However the added helmet is neat enough, for
some weird simmer out there who would enjoy having a helmet wearing Sim
roam about the town.
Outfits like racing gear are also present, as well as some neat
decoration extras for a race theme, and for the garage. I most
appreciated the attention on the garage, because before this stuff pack,
all that you ever really placed in the garage was your cars.
The enchilada in this pack though are the new cars, the motorcycle, and the vespa scooter.
I love the fact that my Sims can now be complete bad to the bone Sims
with their new choppers, and teens now have the choice to roll around on
their scooters, which is really cool.
I like the new additions, in fact, I love them. However is the pack
worth the money spent? I'd say so. It's one of my favorite stuff packs
to date, and it was neat seeing useful items like the autos, chopper and
scooter.
The clothes could have used more work, as well as the hair styles, but all in all it's worthy of picking up.
