Emjoi Automatic Tweezer System, Model AP-9T

Last night I went into my moms room to say goodnight to her, and to the puppies. When I looked over at her bed table though I noticed a new device sitting there that I had never seen before.

It resembled a smaller electric razor, only not as bulky. Like a razor it had a scary looking metal chamber with a whole bunch of odd gears that spun like crazy when I turned the thing on. This odd little device was called Emjoi Automatic Tweezer System, Model AP-9T.

My mom told me that it was an electronic tweezer that will grab small facial hairs and peach fuzz right from the root, which makes the hair stay away for longer periods of time. Seeing how I have a bit of peach fuzz on my cheeks, I figured I'd give it a shot... plus my mom said it was painless, and so did the small booklet that came with the device.

The Emjoi Automatic Tweezer System, Model AP-9T comes with a clear plastic protective lid, and a brush to clean out and loose hairs that may get stuck inside of the tweezing head of the device.

I was really hesitant to even bring this thing up to my face. It looked like some sort of cruel torture device the moment you powered the thing on with its mini metal blades spinning around and around like crazy. I of course though went ahead and used it just to see if it lived up to my moms claims, and the booklets claims.

If it worked as promised, that I'd go out and buy one of my own. If it didn't live up to these claims, I'd be happy I wasn't the one who wasted money on it. Hehe!

The moment I brought the thing to my face, it began ripping small hairs from my face at lightning speeds. It is not painless, you feel your hairs getting ripped, jabbed, and pulled, and it hurts! My mom laughed, she seemed to think it was funny.

After using the Emjoi Automatic Tweezer System, on my face for as long as I could bear it, I knew there was no way in hell I was using this on my upper lip. It would of hurt like a son of a gun. Not only that the Emjoi Automatic Tweezer System, Model AP-9T began to heat up and I didn't want it burning my skin once it got too hot.

After I used it for a good 5 minutes or so, I took a look in the mirror. Indeed it worked, but I could easily tell that it didn't rip the hairs from their roots. All it did was cut down closer to my face. Similar to what an actual PAIN FREE razor would do. Besides this problem, a few minutes go by, I look in the mirror again, and the areas that I had used the Emjoi Automatic Tweezer System, Model AP-9T on were actually turning a bright red. The stupid thing irritated my skin so badly I now looked like I had a rash. Thankfully the red blotches went away in about an hour. However for those with sensitive skin, this would indeed wreck your whole world.

Junk. If you have peach fuzz, or hair on your upper lip you want to get rid of, either wax it, or simply shave it away. The Emjoi Automatic Tweezer System, Model AP-9T is a painful device, and does not remove the hair directly from the root. It's just another one of those gimmicky devices.
