New Limited Edition Hershey Kisses- Candy Corn

Just about every time I walk into my local Sam's Club they have for sale a new limited edition flavor of Hershey Kisses. Usually the one's I have come across have been pretty disgusting, and by no means should have ever been made into chocolate. Once in awhile though I will come across a limited edition Hershey Kiss flavor that I wish would stick around for all time.

The newest limited edition flavors I recently came across though I actually found for $2.49 a bag at Target. Those flavors were Candy Corn, and Pumpkin Spice.

For now though, I'm going to focus on Candy Corn.

My history with candy corn goes as far back as when I learned how to say Trick-or-Treat at the age of 3. Candy Corn was the crap you would get from older folks, the crap that stuck to the bottom of your pillow case, the nasty candy that got thrown out.

Hershey Kisses Candy Corn Kisses though are nothing like that garbage though. This is definitely a candy corn treat you are going to want to savor, because by God it is good!

At first I did not think I'd like it. I imagined it would have that nasty flavor I renumbered and never liked, that crusty texture of mold and grits.

Hershey Kisses Candy Corn chocolates though are smooth, rich and creamy.

Packaging:

The packaging is like your standard Hershey Kiss bag, only the Halloween like cover art displays pretty quickly that it is a new limited edition Candy Corn flavor.

Appearance:

The Hershey Kiss Candy Corn chocolates are quite adorable. They are shaped like the usual Hershey Kiss drop, yet are colored to look like a candy corn. The bottom is yellow, the middle is a glorious pumpkin orange, and the top is white.

Taste:

The Candy Corn Hershey Kisses at first taste a like original candy corn treats, only it has a much more vanilla chocolate flavoring to it as you begin to suck on it or chew it. Overall the most dominant flavor you will be tasting is white chocolate with a sort of french vanilla kick to it. It's really good, and even if you seriously HATE candy corn, you will find a pleasant flavor out of Hershey Kisses Candy Corn.

Fat:

As with anything that tastes damn good, there is bound to be a downfall, and the downfall of course is in the treats fat content. 9 pieces of these yummers will cost you 12 grams of fat. One recommendation though would be 'don't pig out'. They are a bit high in fat and could quickly add some bulge.

Recommended:

For the $2.49, Hershey Kisses Candy Corn are definitely worth a try. I personally like them so much that I hope they bring this flavor back every fall season.
