Review: XBOX 360 Boxer Shorts in Collectible Controller Tin Makes for a Perfect Inexpensive Gift for Gamers This Upcoming Holiday!

My brother is a huge fan of Halo 3, and luckily I came across a collectible Halo 3 tin with boxer shorts inside of the tin. Sitting right smack next to this Halo 3 collectible tin, also sat another collectible tin that I simply had to buy. This collectible tin was an XBOX360 controller, with XBOX360 themed boxer shorts inside.

I was either going to give this tin to my brother in addition to the Halo themed tin, or I was going to give it to someone else in my family. The guys are all fans of the console and gaming, so I knew it would make a perfect gift for just about anyone I happen to forget on my list (I considered it a perfect manly back up gift).

The tin is simply adorable, and is shaped and designed to look like a larger version of the XBOX360's gaming controller. The controller itself features the same color, button placement, and analog placements that the controller has. Only they don't stick out of the tin. The surface is flat. I came across online retailers selling the tin, and it looked like an actual controller with analog sticks sticking out of the cover, so I had to be specific and let you know that the tins cover is flat, flat, flat. Cool though, nonetheless.

Inside we of course have a pair of black XBOX360 themed boxers. Odd though because I was expecting the boxers to match the tin. Perhaps a bunch of controllers floating around and what not.

Instead the boxers are black with the XBOX logo, XBOX Controller buttons floating around the boxers.

Although I don't find them to be anything close to spectacular, they would still make a cheap gift that would please just about any gamer on your holiday shopping list. You can purchase them in sizes small, medium, large, and extra large. I was not able to find any in a 2XL size, but that does not mean they do not exist.

The boxers themselves are made of 100% cotton, and have a fold over fly area.

Overall I highly recommend the XBOX360 Boxer Shorts In Collectible Controller Tin to those who have a gamer on their list, and have no clue what to buy them. Instead of picking out an over priced $60.00 video game, get them one of these tins instead.
