Two nights ago my uncle came down for a visit with yet another large bag
filled with all sorts of beauty/body products for my mother and I.
Inside the bag I discovered the most interesting spray bottle I think I
had ever seen.
Sprayology SleepEase was written down the side of the
bottle, and the clear liquid inside looked familiar to my sleep spray
that I shoot my pillow up with every time I have a restless night.
When I looked a little closer to this Sprayology SleepEase, I realized
that this was no ordinary pillow spray, or room spray, this was in fact
mouth spray! The concept was one I had never heard of, and at first I
was a bit hesitant when it came to using it. I imagined it would taste
like battery acid, gunk, funk, and straight up nasty.
It though promised that it used 10 all natural ingredients to help aide you in your journey to a restless good nights sleep.
Me being a complete an utter hopeless insomniac, I doubted drinking
the whole bottle would help me. Prescription meds don't even help me
sleep sometimes; so I highly doubted this one would work for me even the
slightest.
Even with doubt, and the idea that Sprayology SleepEase wouldn't work I
went ahead and used it before bed. The directions however suggest that
adults and children over the age of 12 take in 2 sprays, under the
tongue three times a day.
Now that seemed a bit stupid. I didn't want to be tired during the
day, just a night. I figured I'd use it MY was (before bed) for now, and
the next day I'd try to use it as suggested.
Sprayology SleepEase also says you can use it on children 2 to 12,
only one spray under the tongue, 3 times a day. I'm not so sure how I
feel about that... but it states you can for those curious.
My Use:
I opened my mouth, took in 3 sprays an hour before bed... and low and
behold by midnight I was actually a little fuzzy eyed. Usually I don't
actually get fuzzy eyed till around 2am, so I wondered if perhaps
Sprayology SleepEase had an actual effect on me.
All in all, I can say I did get a good nights sleep.
The next day I figured I may as well go ahead and use it as suggested.
I took in my first 2 spray dose in the morning, although I felt it
odd, seeing how I look to wake up in the morning... but I figured I'd
use it in the morning, mid afternoon, and then before bed.
The results were obvious. I was less stressed at work, less on edge,
and not as restless. The lovely thing about it though was the nice mood
it put me in, without making me feel drowsy or tired.
The downside was that I wondered if over doing Sprayology SleepEase
would cause my body to get used to it, to the point that it no longer
helped me sleep.
That night I took in my past 2 sprays an hour before bed. I didn't
have that glorious restless sleep like I did the day before, but I did
get some sleep, and I actually got some shut eye way before 3am (my
usual shut eye time).
Flavor:
Not bad, not bad at all. I was imagining it would taste like funk,
chemicals, and something unnatural. It tasted to me though like water
with a very subtle hint of rose oil, so subtle though that it does not
make you gag. To me it tasted fairly good actually, so those with weak
stomachs don't have to worry about a bad taste being an issue. There
barely is a taste.
Overall:
Sprayology SleepEase puts you in a descent stress-less mood, but as
far as knocking you out to sleep, it does not preform any magic. For
those who have minor troubles with sleeping, this stuff may be a
complete saver. For those of us who have chronic insomnia, do not expect
this to do much for you, except put you in a better care free mood
while at work.
Although it is not a 100% sleep guarantee, it does have a minor
effect, and is well worth the nice mood you will be in during the day.
